How can I use the discount coupon?

The discount coupon can be used when completing the order. In the upper left you are asked if “Do you have a coupon?”.

To apply the coupon, you must click on “Click here to enter your code”. A new section will open with a field for entering the discount code and a button next to it to apply the coupon to the order.

I requested the issuance of an invoice for a legal entity, but I made a mistake in the invoicing data. What can be done?

The invoice with the wrong data must be canceled and a new tax invoice must be issued with the correct data. The operations of canceling and issuing a new fiscal invoice can only be carried out during the same fiscal month and only for invoices with a value greater than 500 lei (including VAT). If both conditions are met, contact the Support Service through any of the contact methods mentioned, with the order number for which you request the new invoice and the new billing data.
